DEEP CREEK LAKE ADVENTURE ENGAGEMENT | KATE+JAY

Kate+Jay’s adventurous engagement session was so much fun! We loved every second of it, even when it was pouring. It made for some pretty amazing photos and an experience we will never forget!

We started off at the top of the mountain at Wisp. There were absolutely ZERO people out that early, which was perfect. We had the whole mountain to ourselves! After some photos up top, we headed to the lake and grabbed some coffee/tea at Canoe on the Run (Chai tea, yum!!) and then headed to Swallow Falls. If you have never been, it’s a place that is pretty epic in good light and epic when it’s raining and foggy. It’s just epic period and the hike is always fun.

If you look close enough at the last location, you will see that it’s not sprinkling, we were literally soaked after a couple minutes in the rain. So worth it!

We had a blast and laughed so much with Kate+Jay and loved adventuring through the forest with them and getting to know them. We cannot wait until their wedding next year…we know it’s going to be amazing!!
