Alie+Brad’s wedding was so much fun! Their colorful fall destination wedding in Friendsville, Maryland was an amazing day, filled with so much love. The day was mostly sunny, but with a chill in the air and the night was full of dancing and laughter.
We always love hearing how couples meet and how the proposal happened. They met at a climbing gym through her cousin and the rest is history.
HOW HE PROPOSED: (from Alie)
“We were walking along the beach at night in Ocean City, MD along a beach area that we have walked a few times before. Brad got down on one knee, and I thought he was just going to tie his shoe, but he was actually proposing! I also that he was joking at first. He was not!”
Alie’s brother was the officiant and he did amazingly! They had some of their close friends and family in the wedding (including the sweetest flower girl who danced the night away). They each shared their vows and they were all so sweet. After the ceremony, we had a bit of time to head to the top of the rolling hills and get some sunset photos after the ceremony.
The reception was full of honest and sweet speeches, and lots of dancing and fun. These two know how to throw a party and all of their guests and family were so much fun! Pretty much everyone went crazy dancing to Queen. It was so much fun to photograph! The night ended with Closing Time, some sparklers and they all headed off to a bonfire to end the amazing day.
Thank you Alie+Brad for having us there on your day. We’re so happy for you two!! Congrats!
