BLACKWATER FALLS + DOUGLAS FALLS ADVENTURE ENGAGEMENT | TAYLOR+NOAH

When we met Taylor + Noah last year, we knew we’d have an amazing time with them. They met at a ski resort, have lived in Colorado before, they’re adventurous and love the outdoors, which we love! He proposed to her on her birthday while they were hiking the Cascades in Ohiopyle. How fun is that?!

On the day of their engagement session, we met Taylor + Noah at their super fun rental in Davis, WV and headed out to some pretty spots in Monongahela National Forest for a bit. The weather was absolutely perfect for some campfire photos too. We lucked out and the camping spot we wanted was available and we hung out for a bit. After some champagne, we headed to Blackwater Falls for some hiking and waterfalls.

Taylor+Noah are like pro rock climbers; we loved watching them jump across all the rocks to get to cool spots for photos. It was awesome and Scully (their pup) was so fun too! We’re so happy when couples include their pets., which makes for some fun memories! We hiked back to our cars through the dense/steep forest, and then headed to another gorgeous waterfall in Thomas.

Every place we went to we had to ourselves, which was perfect! We ended up driving to another spot and hiked down to Douglas Falls, which was gorgeous as always. After the session, we had some drinks and awesome conversation. We had such a great time and can’t wait for their wedding!
