TOOLS
FOR YOUR WEBSITE
We have used WordPress for almost all the time we have been in business. It’s really great with SEO and pretty easy to use once you understand the backend. There’s lots of other options, but we have found this to be the best for us over the years.

KADENCE
Kadence is a great option for designing your website. It’s easy to learn and use. We have Kadence on our site and how we use Stylecloud.
Kadence Pro offers way more options and is a great tool for building the site you want.
TOOLS
FOR YOUR BUSINESS
There are lots of other software that we use, but here are some of our main ones.
01

Pic-Time
gallery+print shop
Pic-Time is a beautiful gallery software that our clients love! They can download images, order prints/albums and share with their loved ones.
It’s clean, modern and easy to use!

02

Dubsado
crm/client relations
We love how Dubsado works for client management. All of our inquiries are organized in a way that just makes sense. It is super easy to navigate too! It works with our website and email perfectly also.
You get 20% off your first month or year when you sign up through our link.
03

Amazon
things we love
Check out our storefront, which is a collection of items we love for photography, home/gardening, business, office items, design and adventuring!
04

Square
payments
Dubsado integrates with Square (and other providers) and itβs perfect for us and taking payments all online.
Where to buy gear
There are many places where we get our gear, but here is just a few spots.
KEH
They have a great used gear inventory and they also do trade-ins. Super easy to send your gear in and super trustworthy. You don’t have to spend a ton on new gear. They have lots of used gear for great prices.
Green Toe
You can bid on new camera gear and we have gotten some great deals from there (drone included).
Amazon
It’s always convenient, but make sure you are buying from a reputable retailer. We try to only buy through the stores we know, like sandisk, sony, etc.

WHAT WE USE TO EDIT + SHARE IMAGES
We have different tools we use to edit and share our images with our clients, but mostly use Adobe software.
LIGHTROOM
This is the software we use the most. We have certain editing styles that we use to keep our work consistent and it’s just a really clean process.
PHOTOSHOP
This is a great tool to edit anything needed. Sometimes we are in a busier place and there are other people around. We will use photoshop for that, but we don’t change how people look. We also use it for gifs and it works amazingly well for that!
STORYTAILOR
This is a great tool to use for organizing blog images for your posts. It’s pretty quick and easy to use too!

BRIDGE
This software helps us organize and rename the files in a quick manner, which is super helpful with lots of files. We love it!
BLOGSTOMP
This software helps us resize the images for our blogs and sharing. You can create new styles too, which is helpful for different needs. It’s super quick too so we love it!
ALBUM STOMP
This software helps us design albums for our clients. It’s really easy and they have all different size designs for all your needs.
