Blackwater Falls Intimate Wedding | Danielle+Phil

Fall weddings are our favorite and we loved every minute of Danielle+Phil’s day and the time leading up to it. We knew we’d hit it off after the first video chat we had. Danielle + Phil met while playing in a duckpin bowling league. How fun is that!? It was super laid back and we were blessed with the amazing colorful leaves!

We were in Buffalo to watch a Washington Capitals game and he proposed in the hotel room after Niagara Falls (he was too nervous to do it in front of people at the Falls! Lol)

The day started at a gorgeous rental in Davis, WV. It’s funky and totally decorated super fun! They were hanging out with some of their family (including their super adorable nephew+niece). They each had such sweet gifts for each other. After they got ready, we headed out for Lindy Point for their first look. It was so sweet!

We hiked back out to our cars and headed to grab some more photos in Blackwater Falls. It was a beautiful day! The light was shining through the trees and the river was glistening. Their ceremony was so sweet and they had such sweet vows for each other. And as they were leaving the ceremony, they walked out to Mrs. Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel, which was PERFECT.

We headed back to the lodge for dinner, dances, cake and some sunset photos. It was such a sweet day! We are so happy for you two! Congrats again!
